The muffle furnace is a universal heating equipment, also known as high-temperature electric furnace, box-type electric furnace in China. According to the appearance and shape, muffle furnace can be divided into box furnace, tube furnace and crucible furnace.

BOX FURNACE

Box-type Furnace

Box furnace is a kind of muffle furnace, and its working mode is periodic operation. SX2 series high temperature box furnace uses high-quality resistance wire, silicon carbide rod or silicon molybdenum rod (It depends on customer requirements.) as heating elements; adopts double-layer shell structure and intelligent temperature control system.

The furnace has the advantages of high precision temperature control, balanced temperature field, simple operation, fast temperature rise and fall, low energy consumption.

TUBE FURNACE

Tube-type Furnace

The working principle of SK2 series tube furnace is based on the law of conservation of energy. That is, electric energy is converted into heat energy.

When the electric furnace is working normally, the heating element generates a large amount of heat in the working room and forms heat convection and heat radiation; the insulation material in the working room absorbs and dissipates a small part of the heat and isolates most of the heat; Thus, the temperature in the working room gradually rises to the preset temperature of the heating material.

Atmosphere Furnace

The atmosphere furnace is a special furnace type designed for products that require atmosphere protection. The furnace can be filled with inert gas, nitrogen, or vacuum. So that the workpiece will not produce oxidative decarburization, it is suitable for atmosphere protection sintering and atmosphere reduction in industrial and mining enterprises. The atmosphere furnace is equipped with various valves, flowmeters, pressure gauges and so on. The furnace body has good airtightness; the vacuum degree can reach -0.1MPa; the operation is simple; the loading and unloading is convenient.

The vacuum furnace uses a vacuum system to discharge part of the material in the furnace chamber in the specific space of the furnace chamber, so that the pressure in the furnace chamber is less than a standard atmospheric pressure, and the space in the furnace chamber achieves a vacuum state.

Maintenance

Muffle Furnace must be dried when it is used for the first time or again after long-term disuse

Turn off the main power switch after use

The equipment should be placed in a dry and ventilated place without corrosive gas
