Product Description

A box furnace is a heating device.

Box furnaces can be used in laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises, and scientific research units for elemental analysis and determination and heating for general small steel parts such as quenching, annealing, tempering and other heat treatments. The high temperature muffle furnace can also be used for high temperature heating of metals and ceramics such as sintering, dissolution and analysis.

Working Principle

After the thermocouple of the temperature measuring element converts the temperature into an electrical signal, it is connected to the microcomputer temperature controller. The temperature controller compares this signal with the program setting value, and then the microcomputer generates a control signal for the temperature change of the reaction furnace after calculating the difference, positive and negative values and time.This signal is used to drive electrical components to achieve the purpose of controlling the furnace temperature. The high-precision PID program is adopted, the whole process is automatically controlled, and the furnace temperature and process information are digitally displayed.

According to the different heating elements used, three temperature ranges are respectively reached, namely 1200°C, 1400°C and 1700°C. At 1200°C, the heating element uses molybdenum-containing resistance wire. At 1400°C, silicon carbide rods are used as heating elements. At 1700°C, silicon molybdenum rods are used as heating elements.
