Ice water hash, also known as bubble hash, is a solvent-free concentrate consisting of fresh frozen trichomes.

Trichome are accessory structures of plant epidermal cells and are mostly distributed on the surface of lower epidermal cells. It has the function of preventing insects from eating and adsorbing airborne particles.
