The diaphragm pump (solvent recovery vacuum system) provides vacuum conditions for evaporation, distillation, crystallization, drying, sublimation, filtration and decompression, and degassing; it is also used for solvent recovery, extraction of various highly toxic, flammable and explosive, strong acids and strong bases. In addition to being suitable for circulating water vacuum pump and rotary vane vacuum pump, it is also used in medical and pharmaceutical product analysis, public security criminal investigation technology and other fields.
The equipment can adjust the vacuum degree and pumping rate of the system, which is convenient for precise control and can realize the conventional distillation of closed system. When used in conjunction with a rotary evaporation system, it can achieve decompression and secondary recovery of low-boiling substances. Due to its high recovery rate, solvent off-gases into the atmosphere are avoided.

Connect the device to be decompressed with the air inlet of the diaphragm pump through a hose; connect the inlet and outlet of the circulating liquid of the refrigeration equipment to the outlet and inlet of the condenser respectively.

Precautions for Use
It must be placed in a dry, clean, level and well-ventilated place.
Liquid infiltration is strictly prohibited.
It cannot be used for decompression filtration of flammable and explosive liquids and gases.
The power cord should be tucked away when not in use; and the device should be stored in a dry place.
Repairs should be performed by professionals.
