The single-effect external circulation evaporator is a device that uses negative pressure to heat the material to make the material liquid boil, remove the vaporized part, and concentrate the material liquid. The thinner liquid with lower concentration enters the tube side of the heater, and the high-temperature steam enters the shell side of the heater. The steam indirectly heats the material liquid in the tube side, the liquid level rises, and it is injected into the separator from the spray tube for flash evaporation. In the separator, the heavier material liquid drops to the bottom and returns to the heater to boil and spray into the separator again to form a cycle; The lighter secondary steam rises to the top and enters the shell side of the condenser, enters the condensate collection tank after becoming a liquid phase, and is finally discharged by the pump for recycling or other treatment. A part of the gas is sucked and discharged by the vacuum pump. When the material liquid is concentrated to a certain degree, the material can be discharged after the sampling is confirmed to be qualified. At this point, the evaporation concentration process is completed.
