Closed loop extractor parts
There are four parts in closed loop extractor, they are: extracting part, collecting part, material tank and Butane tank. Each of them plays a very important role in the working process of closed loop extractor, because each of them is in charge of different work:
Extracting part: this part is in charge of extracting pointed solvents from another solvents by utilizing the difference in solubility or partition coefficient of the substance in two mutually incompatible (or slightly soluble) solvents. In closed loop extractor equipment, extracting part is the core and base of other working procedures, because pointed solvents can only be separated by extracting part.
Collecting part: this part is in charge of collecting the extracted pure solvents. As a concentrated collecting container, collecting flask is very high-efficiency and convenient for users to get extracted solvents easily.
Material tank: in closed loop extractor equipment, sample material can not be put into the machine at one time, so people need a container to contain the material and let it out when the time is right. Then material tank is the contain that contains material and let it out properly.
Butane tank: in closed loop extractor equipment, the working principle is to make Butane solute with pointed solvents and then be separated with pointed solvents under the function of machine.
